摘要
基因组测序是一种重要的生物学检测技术,在医药、农业和环境等方面的相关研究中都起到非常重要的作用。自2019年12月新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情爆发以来,基因组测序技术发挥了不可替代的作用。介绍了基因组测序在此次新型冠状病毒的发现、检测、分类、溯源、致病机理和药物研发等方面的应用。
Genome sequencing,an important biological technology method for detection,plays an important role in many applications and researches including medicine,agriculture and environment.Since the outbreak of the novel coronavirus COVID-19 in Wuhan,China in December 2019,it has played an irreplaceable role.This article describes the application of the genome in virus discovery,detection,classification,traceability,pathogenic mechanisms and drug development in COVID-19 outbreak.
