摘要
文章通过变质处理、多元合金化及热处理的方法制备高强度铝硅合金活塞。采用Sr对共晶铝硅合金进行变质以细化共晶硅组织,并通过Cu、Ni、Ti、Mg等多元合金化及热处理以提高合金的力学性能。结果表明:加入0.08%Sr变质后,合金中的共晶硅由粗大的针状转变为细小且弥散的纤维状;加入3.5%Cu、2.0%Ni、0.8%Mg及0.2%Ti等合金元素,再经过510℃固溶和185℃时效处理,共晶铝硅合金的室温抗拉强度达到303.06 MPa、高温抗拉强度(300℃)达到137.74 MPa。
In this paper,the high strength aluminum silicon alloy piston was developed by means of modification treatment,multiple alloying and heat treatment.The eutectic silicon in the alloy was refined and modified by adding Sr and the mechanical properties of the alloy were improved through multiple alloying by Cu,Ni,Ti,Mg and heat treatment.The results showed that the eutectic silicon in the alloy was transformed from thick needle to small and dispersed fiber shape by adding 0.08%Sr.By multiple alloying with 3.5%Cu,2.0%Ni,0.8%Mg and 0.2%Ti,the room temperature and high temperature(300℃)tensile strength of the alloy were increased to 303.06 MPa and 137.74 MPa respectively after solid solution at 510℃and aging solution at 185℃.
