摘要
新体制下,我军在各基层营、连单位设置了军事体育教员专职岗位,专门负责部队基层军事体育训练的组织与管理。立足部队基层军事体育教员岗位实际,结合胜任力理论,构建了部队基层军事体育教员岗位胜任力模型,并对模型进行验证检验。在模型支持下,提出部队基层军事体育教员培养对策建议。
Under the new system,our army has set up full-time positions of military training coach in each battalion and company unit,which are specially responsible for the organization and management of military training at grass-roots level.In this paper,based on the actual situation of military training coaches,combined with the competency theory,the competency model of military training coaches at the grass-roots level is constructed,tested and verified.Under the support of the model,the countermeasures and suggestions for training of military training coaches at the grass-roots level are put forward.
