摘要
用户画像是根据用户社会属性、兴趣点、行为习惯等信息,抽象形成的标签化的用户模型。作为知识图谱技术的最新应用场景,用户画像技术近年来受到学术界和产业界越来越多的关注。从用户画像的定义出发,对用户画像所涉及的关键技术进行详细的介绍。首先介绍对用户画像的定义和理论技术价值,其次重点介绍了用户画像所涉及的关键技术:“命名实体识别”、“用户关注点分析”、“时间衰减计算”和“用户知识推理”;并对以上关键技术的研究现状进行了详细说明;最后对用户画像技术面临的挑战和机遇做出总结。
User profile is an abstract and labeled user model based on user’s social attributes,interest points,behavior habits and other information.As the latest application scenario of knowledge map technology,user portrait technology has attracted more and more attention from academia and industry in recent years.Starting from the technical definition of user portrait,this paper introduces the key technologies involved in user profile in detail.First,it explains the definition and theoretical technical value of user profile,and divides the key technologies used in user portrait as follows:named entity identification,user focus analysis,time decay calculation and user knowledge reasoning.Second,the research status of the above key technologies is described in detail.Last,the current challenges and opportunities of user portrait technology are summarized.
