从阮福饮食诗看清代扬州乡土饮食文化

摘要 阮福为清代扬州学派主要成员阮元之子。他所写的饮食诗可以说是清代扬州乡土饮食文化的“诗史”。其中不仅有对扬州地方风物的记录,而且有对清代乃至现在的扬州节庆饮食风俗、乡土饮食观的记载。从阮福饮食诗可以看出清代扬州乡土饮食文化的特点,即天人合一的养生饮食观,返璞归真的节俭饮食观,崇宗尊祖的社会饮食观等。阮福的饮食诗不但探讨饮食文化的社会功能,同时也给我们带来伦理学方面的思考。 Ruan Fu,son of Ruan Yuan,was one of the main members of the Yangzhou School of the Qing Dynasty.The food poems he wrote could be said to be the“history of poetry”of the local food culture of Yangzhou in the Qing Dynasty.Among them were not only the records of the local customs of Yangzhou,but also the capture and record of eating habit concept of Yangzhou local food in festivals.From Ruan Fu’s dietary poems,some characteristics of Yangzhou’s local dietary culture in the Qing Dynasty could be seen:the concept of a healthy diet in harmony with nature,the return to the original frugal diet,and the social diet concept of worshiping the ancestors.His dietary poetry not only explored the social function of dietary culture,but also brought us ethical considerations.
