摘要
作为纪录片的一种类型片,美食纪录片主要呈现人类的饮食活动及其蕴涵的风物礼俗、人文传统和哲学观念。中国美食纪录片发展大致经历了萌芽期、发展期和成熟期三个阶段,已成为当下中国纪录片的成熟类型。饮食是文化的重要载体,纪录片是饮食文化的有效传播途径。中国美食纪录片突破了主流文化、精英文化和大众文化的固有圈层,在价值传播、人文思考和视听表达等方面表现出多元文化互融共通的文化表达特质。
As a type of documentary,the food documentary mainly presents human dietary activities and the customs,cultural traditions,and philosophical concepts it implies.The development of Chinese food documentaries has roughly gone through three stages:the budding stage,the development stage and the maturity stage,and has become the current mature type of Chinese documentaries.Food is an important carrier of culture,and documentaries are an effective way to spread food culture.The food documentary breaks through the inherent circle of mainstream culture,elite culture and popular culture,and shows the characteristics of multicultural integration in terms of value transmission,humanistic thinking and audiovisual expressions.
