地方农林高校高质量服务脱贫攻坚的实践探索——以福建农林大学为例

Practice and Exploration of Poverty Alleviation through High Quality Service In Local Agriculture and Forestry Universities:A Case Study of Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University

打赢脱贫攻坚战是实现全面建成小康社会目标的重大任务。地方农林高校服务脱贫攻坚是扎根中国大地办学、扛起强农兴农重任和履行社会服务职能的重要体现。应当找准突出学科特色、人才支撑、创新驱动、生态理念和智力优势五个方面的战略着力点。基于福建农林大学的实践探索,总结梳理地方农林高校在生态扶贫、科技扶贫、产业扶贫、教育扶贫、智力扶贫、援外扶贫六个方面服务国家脱贫攻坚的经验做法,供各高校参考。

Winning the battle against poverty is an important task in the campaign of achieving the goal of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects.The service provided by local agriculture and forestry colleges and universities for combating poverty is an important manifestation of China's higher education's new orientation of taking root in China to run schools,carrying on the task of strengthening agriculture and promoting agriculture,and performing the function of social service.It is necessary to identify the strategic focus points in five aspects:highlighting disciplinary characteristics,supporting talents,driving innovation,ecological concept and intellectual advantage.Based on the practical exploration of Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University,the author summarizes the experience and practices in six aspects of ecological poverty alleviation,scientific and technological poverty alleviation,industrial poverty alleviation,educational poverty alleviation,intellectual poverty alleviation and foreign aid poverty alleviation in order to provide reference for other colleges and universities.
