摘要
随着工厂机械化程度的提高,化工容器的设计种类不断增多,不乏出现新型的、特殊形状的结构,重心偏移的异形类容器。为提高生产效率和产品质量,要求工件做匀速回转运动,从而实现在机械设备上进行焊接和打磨等工作量大的相关工序。因此对重心偏移的工件需加装配重,使工件重心回归至回转轴线上以满足在机械设备上匀速、平稳运行,迫切需要研究出一种操作简单,使用范围广,工艺经济性高,安全性好的工艺方法。
With the improvement of factory mechanization,the design types of chemical containers are increasing.There are many special-shaped containers with new structure and center of gravity offset.In order to improve production efficiency and product quality,the workpiece is required to rotate at a uniform speed,so as to realize the heavy workload related processes such as welding and grinding on mechanical equipment.Therefore,the workpiece with center of gravity offset needs to be assembled heavily so that the center of gravity of the workpiece can be returned to the axis of rotation to meet the requirements of uniform and stable operation on mechanical equipment.There is an urgent need to develop a simple operation,wide range of use,high process economy,good safety process.
