摘要
以大米草为原料,研究高温热水预处理方法和酶添加量、水解工艺等对水解效率的影响.研究表明,当酶添加量为3.6%,反应时间为72 h时,还原糖得率最高.通过XRD、红外光谱和扫描电镜等手段表征,进一步揭示了预处理效果.
The effect of hot water pretreatment and enzyme dosage on hydrolysis efficiency was investigated with the Spartina anglica used as the raw material.The results show that when the enzyme dosage was 3.6% and the reaction time was 72 h,the yield of reducing sugar was the highest.The effect of pretreatment was further revealed by XRD,FT-IR and SEM.
