孕期缺铁性贫血的影响因素及防治

Influencing factors and prevention of iron deficiency anemia during pregnancy

目的探讨孕期缺铁性贫血的影响因素以及防治措施。方法选择在我院产检的孕妇500例,通过统一筛查得出存在孕期缺铁性贫血孕妇共132例。对132例孕妇出现缺铁性贫血的影响因素进行分析,并制定相应的防治措施。结果本组孕妇在孕周、居住地、年龄、文化程度以及孕次方面的人数分布存在明显差异(P<0.05);但在补铁情况方面的人数分布无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论孕期出现缺铁性贫血与孕妇的孕周、居住地、年龄、文化程度以及孕次均存在联系,应该加强孕期宣教保健工作,指导孕妇合理饮食,保证补铁的规范化,针对已出现孕期缺铁性贫血的孕妇,应根据其病情制定合理的补铁方案,以免母婴健康受到不良影响。

Objective To explore the influencing factors and prevention measures of iron deficiency anemia dur⁃ing pregnancy.Methods 500 pregnant women in our hospital were selected,and 132 pregnant women with iron defi⁃ciency anemia during pregnancy were obtained through unified screening.The influencing factors of iron deficiency ane⁃mia in 132 pregnant women were analyzed and the corresponding prevention and treatment measures were formulated.Results There were significant difference in gestational week,residence,age,education level and pregnancy times(P<0.05);but there was no significant difference in the distribution of iron supplement(P>0.05).Conclusion The occur⁃rence of iron deficiency anemia during pregnancy is related to gestational weeks,residence,age,education level and pregnancy times.It is necessary to strengthen education and health care during pregnancy,guide pregnant women to eat reasonably and ensure the standardization of iron supplement.For pregnant women with iron deficiency anemia during pregnancy,reasonable iron supplement program should be formulated according to their condition to avoid adverse ef⁃fect on maternal and infant health.
