摘要
介绍了煤气化废水脱酸—脱氨原理及过程;实验优化了脱酸—脱氨的温度、压力参数和操作方式,降低了蒸汽消耗;通过加碱试验,优化了出水固定铵指标,降低了加碱量和运行成本;通过技术改造,将脱酸—脱氨再沸器加热使用的1.5 MPa蒸汽改为过剩的0.5 MPa蒸汽,降低了脱酸—脱氨运行能耗。
It introduces the principle and progress of Furnace Coal Gasification Wastewater.The experiment optimizes the temperature,pressure parameter and operational method of deacidification and deamination,lower the steam consumption;alkali test optimizes Fixed ammonium index of effluent,and lower adding alkali content and running cost;the technical reformation makes 1.5 MPa vapor heated by deacidification-deamination reboiler as the left 0.5 MPa vapor to lower the running consumption of deacidification-deamination.
