摘要
民办高校教师的工作幸福感直接影响到学校的师资队伍建设、办学水平和学校的未来发展,“礼遇”教师,提升其工作幸福感成为民办高校组织管理的重要工作。基于组织支持理论,选取组织支持感和工作幸福感两个变量,分别从工具性组织支持、情感性组织支持和积极情感、消极情感维度展开研究。在一定的统计假设前提下,通过问卷调查及信度、效度和回归分析,采用KMO值和Bartlett球形检验,得出如下结论:引用的两个量表有很好的信效度,并证实组织支持感和民办高校教师的工作幸福感呈显著正相关关系的假设成立。检验结果能够证明工具性组织支持与积极情绪的正相关关系,情感性组织支持与积极情绪呈正相关关系。为此,文章在建立健全合理的薪酬制度、重视教职员工的职业发展、完善人力资源管理体系等方面提出了建议。
The work happiness of teachers in private universities has a direct impact on the construction of teachers,the performance of running schools and the future development of the school.Based on the organizational support theory,two variables of organizational support and work happiness were selected to study from the dimensions of instrumental organizational support,emotional organizational support,positive emotion and negative emotion.On the premise of certain statistical hypothesis,by adopting of questionnaire,reliability,validity and regression analysis,KMO value and Bartlett spherical test are used to draw the conclusion:the two scales quoted have good reliability and validity.The hypothesis that there is a significant positive correlation between organizational support and work happiness of private university teachers is established,and the test results can prove instrumental organizational support and positive There was a positive correlation between emotion,emotional organizational support and positive emotion.Therefore,some suggestions are put forward in the aspects of establishing and perfecting the reasonable salary system,paying attention to the professional development of teachers and staff,and improving the human resource management system.
