摘要
乡村小规模学校的大量存在是我国工业化、城市化进程中的必然伴生现象。小规模学校应然的优势功能成为其“留得住”“发展好”的合理理由。但是,作为教育活动的基本组织机构,乡村小规模学校实际生存和发展中存在来自教育者质量之贫、发展之困,教育对象学力基础薄弱、其家庭教养功能失范,以及教育媒介之伤弊的现实困境。厘清乡村小规模学校在教育活动要素维度的运行困境,对于改变这一存在群体的既有命运具有“现实之镜”的意义。
A large number of rural small-scale schools is the resultant phenomenon of industrialization and urbanization in China.The dominant function of the small-scale schools should be a reasonable excuse for its"stay"and"develop well".However,as the basic organization of education activities,the realistic predicament exists in the survival and development of the rural small-scale schools.Such as the poor quality and the poverty of development of the educator,a weak foundation of Educational object and dysfunction of their family education,and the injury and disadvantages from educational medium.To clarify the operation dilemma around the dimension of education activity of rural small-scale schools has the meaning of"reality mirror",and it helps to change the existing destiny of rural small-scale schools.
