摘要
在VoLTE语音通话中,影响语音质量的主要因素有丢包、时延、抖动三种,而丢包是影响语音质量的主因。文章从无线侧介绍了引起VoLTE丢包率的原因,通过对某省VoLTE上行高丢包TOP小区分析,总结了主要影响因素。针对过覆盖、弱覆盖及MOD3干扰三种典型问题进行网络优化处理,从而降低VoLTE上行丢包率指标,确保用户感知。
In VoLTE voice communication,there are three main factors that affect the quality of voice,including packet loss,time delay and jitter,and packet loss is the most important one.This paper introduces the causes of VoLTE packet loss rate from the wireless side,and summarizes the main influencing factors by analyzing the top cell of VoLTE uplink with high packet loss in a province.Aiming at three typical problems of over coverage,weak coverage and MOD3 interference,network optimization is carried out to reduce VoLTE uplink packet loss rate index and ensure user perception.
