以科技类社团为载体的高职院校创新创业人才培养路径研究

Research on the Training Path of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Talents in Higher Vocational Colleges Based on Scientific and Technological Communities

文章通过前期调研、访谈等形式获得国内高职院校科技类社团发展概况,以及较为详实的几所高职院校科技类社团建设发展现状的资料。将科技类社团同大学生创新创业能力的培养结合起来,整合校内资源、引入社会资源,打造品牌社团,优化供给结构、提高供给效率,提出创新高职院校科技类社团发展理念、明确服务社会为社团宗旨的新思路。

In this paper,we have obtained the development of science and technology community in higher vocational colleges of China by consulting materials,investigating and interviewing,and more detailed data of current situation and development in several higher vocational colleges.Combined scientific and technological communities with the cultivation and improvement of college students'ability of innovation and entrepreneurship,we put forward a new idea of innovating the development concept of science and technology communities in higher vocational colleges and clarify the purpose of serving the society,by integrating school resources,introducing social resources,building brand associations,optimizing supply structure and improving supply efficiency.
