职业技能大赛与人才培养的良性互动研究——以4G全网建设技术为例

Research on Positive Interaction Between Vocational Skills Competition and Talent Training--Taking 4G Whole Network Construction Technology as an Example

职业技能大赛是职业教育的重要组成部分。文章以全国职业院校大赛"4G全网建设技术"赛项为载体,深入剖析职业技能大赛与人才培养之间的联系,并结合行业组织对高职人才培养的需求,从学生培养、教师团队建设、教育教学改革三个方面出发,探寻职业技能大赛与人才培养的相互促进关系,形成二者的良性互动,从而推动职业技能大赛与人才培养的健康发展。

Vocational skills competition is an important part of vocational education.Taking the national vocational college competition"4G whole network construction technology"as the carrier,this paper deeply analyzes the connection between vocational skills competition and talent training.Combining with the needs of industry organizations for higher vocational talent training,the paper explores the mutual promotion relationship between vocational skills competition and talent training from three aspects:student training,teacher team building,education and teaching reform so as to get positive interaction and promote the healthy development of vocational skills competition and talent training.
