摘要 近年来随着学分制改革的不断深入,高职院校愈加注重深化专业教学和人才培养改革,愈加重视创新开展德育管理工作,愈加强调通过师生共同努力携手培养复合型技术技能专业人才,以便适应新时代各个行业产业发展创新和各个学科专业教育的发展需要。文章基于学分制改革背景,深入挖掘高职院校德育学分制的核心内涵,科学论证德育学分制的应用价值,创新探索学分制背景下高职院校学生德育工作实践策略。 In recent years,with the continuous deepening of the credit system reform,higher vocational colleges have paid more attention to deepening the reform of professional teaching and talent training,put more emphasis on innovation and development of moral education management,and more strengthening of the training through the joint efforts of teachers and students to cultivate composite technical skills professionals so as to meet the needs of the development and innovation of various industries in the new era and the development of professional education in various disciplines.Based on the background of the credit system reform,this article deeply explores the core connotation of the moral education credit system in higher vocational colleges,scientifically demonstrates the application value of the moral education credit system,and innovatively explores the practical strategies of moral education work in higher vocational colleges under the credit system background.
