提高培训咨询类企业营销经理的销售能力策略研究

摘要 随着社会发展,销售工作的挑战越来越大,尤其是培训咨询类企业,行业迭代快速,作为培训咨询类企业营销经理,需要及时调整和优化业务能力,才能适应企业发展要求,获得更多的订单。笔者从提高销售能力所需的专业态度、专业知识和专业技能三个维度进行了简要阐述,提出营销经理要有良好的心态、储备必需的知识、掌握必备的技能,才能提高自身销售能力、获得成功。 With the development of the society,the challenge of sales is getting bigger and bigger,especially for the training and consulting enterprises.With the rapid industry iteration,as the marketing manager of the training and consulting enterprises,one needs better adjustment and optimization of the professional ability to adapt to the requirements of enterprise development and get more orders.The author briefly expounds the three dimensions of professional attitude,professional knowledge and professional skills required to improve the sales ability,and puts forward that marketing managers should have a good attitude,reserve the required knowledge and master the necessary skills,so as to improve their sales ability and obtain higher success.
