摘要
本设计在不影响下支架强度的基础上对下支架进行结构优化设计。主要改进点为下支架上端结构采用弧形坡口型式,两侧使用豁口结构设计,避免下支架焊缝端头受力过大,提高下支架使用寿命。最后通过Hypermesh软件分析优化前后下支架及其焊缝的应力大小分布,确定最终优化方案。
This design optimizes the structure of the lower support without affecting the strength of the lower support.The main improvement point is that the upper structure of the lower bracket adopts the curved groove type and use the gap structure design on both sides,so as to avoid the overloading of the weld end of lower bracket and improve service life of the lower support.Finally,the stress distribution of the lower bracket and its welding seam before and after optimization is analyzed by Hyper mesh software to determine the final optimization.
