摘要
基于辽宁工业大学万得电动方程式赛车队E02号赛车和中国大学生电动方程式大赛规则,文章对双电机后轮独立驱动方程式赛车的动力总成模块进行了设计与优化。对传动系统的传动比进行了匹配计算,并完成了一种行星齿轮减速器的设计,同时建立了CATIA三维模型并完成运动仿真。
This article is based on the new car R&D project of Liaoning University of Technology Wonder Electric Team in the 2019 season and the design of the wheel-side reducer assembly of the two-motor independently driven racing car in combination with the rules of the Chinese University Students'Formula E competition.It mainly includes the matching of the transmission ratio and the design of the planetary gear transmission structure,use CATIA software to model the parts and do motion simulation analysis,verify the transmission ratio of the planetary gear mechanism and check the motion interference.
