基于多部门联动的“两客一危”道路运输车辆检测方法研究

Research on"Two Kind of Buses&The Vehicles Carrying Dangerous Goods"Vehicle Detection Method Based on Multi-department Linkage

传统“两客一危”道路运输车辆检测结果受检测设备的精度与检验人员操作水平影响很大。为建立健全针对“两客一危”道路运输车辆性质的特殊检验、监测体系,保证“两客一危”道路运输车辆的运输安全性,降低人力物力消耗、提升检验效率及可靠性、实时性,论文探索并提出了基于多部门联动的“两客一危”道路运输车辆“不进站辅助检验”方法。通过采用多部门联动检测、自检服务平台的建立以及自检服务系统将车辆检测工作日常化,提高经营业主、驾驶员安全意识,完成对车辆全生命周期的状态实时监管,从而从根源杜绝车辆故障所引发的交通事故。

The test results of traditional"two kind of buses&the vehicles carrying dangerous goods"transportation vehicle detection methods are greatly affected by the accuracy of the detection equipment and the level of inspection personnel.In order to establish and perfect a special inspection and monitoring system for the nature of these transportation vehicles,to ensure the safety of these transportation vehicles,reduce manpower and material consumption,improve inspection efficiency and reliability,and real-time,this article explored and putted forward the"non-stop auxiliary inspection"method based on multi-department linkage.Through the use of multi-department linkage testing,the establishment of a self-checking service platform and the self-checking service system,the vehicle inspection work becomes routine,the owner's driver safety awareness will be improved,and the real-time supervision of the vehicle’s full life cycle status is detected.Thereby eliminating the traffic accident caused by vehicle failures at the root.
