摘要
转向系统作为商用车实现智能化的关键子系统和主要的耗能部件之一,其设计的好坏与车辆的燃油经济性、操纵稳定性以及车辆的机动性能息息相关。论文对商用车最常用的电动液压助力转向系统的国内外研究现状进行综述,首先,对电动液压助力转向系统进行概述,写出了该系统的优点与不足,其次对电动液压助力转向系统国内外研究进行了说明,最后指出电动液压助力转向系统的优化控制方向,为节能减排和提高车辆的性能提供可能。
As one of the key subsystems and main energy-consuming components for commercial vehicles to realize the intelligentization of the steering system,its design is closely related to the fuel economy,handling stability and maneuvera-bility of the vehicle.The thesis summarizes the domestic and foreign research status of the most commonly used electrohydraulic power steering system for commercial vehicles.First,it outlines the electro-hydraulic power steering system,and writes the advantages and disadvantages of the system.The research is explained and finally pointed out the optimization direction of the electro-hydraulic power steering system,which provides the possibility for energy saving,emission reduction and improvement of vehicle performance.
