摘要
张家口学院小学教育专业自2013年以来,不断探索小学全科教师的培养实践。在“卓越教师培养计划1.0”时期,实现了对全科培养定位的不断清晰以及全程实践体系的逐步确立,初步形成“全科培养,全程实践,全面发展”的专业特色。“卓越教师培养计划2.0”背景下,基于对小学教育作为促进儿童全面发展的综合性启蒙教育,以及未来小学全科教师是以“全人理念”、“全景视角”、“综合能力”促进儿童“全面发展”启蒙教育者的新认识,提出符合自身发展水平、突出综合能力培养的课程体系改革以及突出完整生活体验的实践体系改革的思考。
Since its foundation in the year of 2013,the primary school education specialty of Zhangjiakou University has been exploring the education of general practitioners in primary schools.During the period of the“Outstanding Teacher Training Program 1.0”,it achieved the goal of position fixing of general practitioner training and the formation of practice system.Under the background of the“Outstanding Teacher Training Program 2.0”,based on the knowledge of primary school education as the comprehensive enlightenment education for the all-round development of children,this paper makes suggestions on the reformation of curriculum system and practice system focusing on life ex perience.
