基于Citespace的国内外经鼻高流量吸氧研究热点可视化分析 被引量:6

摘要 目的比较国内外经鼻高流量吸氧研究现状、热点及前沿,为我国相关人员从事经鼻高流量吸氧研究提供参考。方法中文检索以CNKI和WANFANG数据库为数据源,英文检索以WOS核心数据集为数据源,运用CiteSpace 5.5.R2软件可视化分析2000年1月1日-2019年11月23日发表的文献。结果共提取英文文献966篇,中文文献644篇,国外发文量从2012年之后呈现快速上升趋势,核心研究机构已经形成,研究热点集中在无创通气、急性呼吸衰竭、气道正压、氧气疗法、婴儿和机械通气;研究前沿集中在低氧性呼吸衰竭。我国发文量从2015年之后呈现快速上升趋势,核心研究机构尚未形成,研究热点集中在呼吸衰竭、慢性阻塞性肺疾病、无创正压通气和低氧血症;研究前沿集中在慢性阻塞肺疾病。结论近年来经鼻高流量吸氧在我国发展迅速,但核心研究机构尚未形成,研究质量有待提高,建议开展跨学科、跨区域的合作,进一步促进国内经鼻高流量吸氧研究的发展,并为临床科研人员提供借鉴。 Objective To compare the research status,hot spots and frontier of high flow oxygen inhalationin china and abroad,so as to providerelevant research guidance for Chinese researchers.Methods CNKI,Wanfang database,Web of science database were searched and data extracted online,and using CiteSpace 5.5.R2 software to visually analyze the literature published from January 1st,2000 to November 23,2019.Resultstotal of 966 English literatures and 644 Chinese literatures were obtained.The amount of foreign publications developed rapidly since 2012.The core research institutions have been formed.The foreign researches focus on as follows:noninvasive ventilation,acute respiratory failure,positive airway pressure,oxygen therapy,infant and mechanical ventilation.The research frontier is hypoxic respiratory failure.Chinese publications rapidly developed in 2015,the core research institutions have not formed,and the Chinese researches focused on as follows:respiratory failure,chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,noninvasive positive pressure ventilation and hypoxemia;the research frontier ischronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Conclusionin recent years,high flow oxygen inhalation has developed rapidly in China,but the core research institutions have not formed,the research quality in high-flow nasal cannula oxygen needs to be improved,and multi-disciplinary cooperation should be enhanced in the following researches,ultimately to promote the development of high-flow nasal cannula oxygen researches and give efficient point for clinical researchers.
