页岩气井暂堵重复压裂技术研究进展 被引量:12

摘要 中国页岩气井重复压裂技术较外国有明显差距。近年来,中国页岩气田的部分压裂井出现了产量递减快、井口压力低于输压的情况,亟须采用重复压裂技术进行有效增产。在调研外国页岩气暂堵重复压裂选井标准、工艺设计方法、现场施工及重复压裂监测诊断与评估技术研究进展的基础上,系统总结了外国暂堵重复压裂的先进经验。外国已初步建成页岩气暂堵重复压裂技术体系,但改造工艺、效果及经济性等方面仍有较大提升空间。基于对页岩气井重复压裂面临技术挑战的分析,对中国重复压裂技术的研究提出了建议。 There are obvious gaps between shale gas well re-fracturing technology in China and foreign countries.Production of some fracturing wells in shale gas fields of China has experienced rapid decline,and the wellhead pressure drop below the conveying pressure.Therefore,refracturing technology is required to increase the production effectively.On the basis of investigating the progress of well selection standard,design method,on-site stimulation and monitoring diagnosis and evaluation technology of temporary plugging refracturing technology abroad,a systematic summary of the advanced experiences of shale gas refracturing abroad was outlined.Although shale gas temporary plugging refracturing technology system has been initially established in foreign countries,there is still much room for improvement in the stimulation technique,effect and economy.Based on the analysis of technical challenges faced by refracturing in shale gas wells,suggestions were made for the study of refracturing technology in China.
