城市核心区域地铁盾构施工洞内解体技术 被引量:10

摘要 在接收端条件受限的情况下,盾构无法进行正常从接收井吊出,只能采取在隧道内解体从始发端吊出的方式进行拆机。为了更好地发挥洞内解体的技术优势,对目前中外最新的盾构洞内解体技术进行了总结,并通过施工因素、经济因素、工期因素等多方面综合分析考虑,论证了盾构洞内解体技术在当前城市地铁建设中的可行性。对各种方案的适用性和优缺点进行了对比分析,得出了不同洞内解体技术之间主要的适用条件差别在于刀盘前部是否存在可操作空间的结论。针对刀盘前部可操作空间的差别,提出了两套适用性较强的优化方案组合。 Under the condition of limited conditions at the receiving end,the shield can not be lifted out from the receiving shaft normally,so it can only be disassembled in the tunnel and lifted out from the starting end.In order to give full play to the technical advantages of in tunnel disintegration,the latest domestic and foreign shield tunnel disintegration technology were summerized,and the feasibility of the technology in the current urban subway construction through comprehensive analysis and consideration of construction factors,economic factors and construction period factors were demonstrated.The applicability,advantages and disadvantages of various schemes are compared and analyzed.It is concluded that the main applicable condition difference between different disintegration technologies lies in whether there is operable space in the front of cutter head.In view of the difference of the operating space in the front of the cutter head,two sets of optimization schemes with strong applicability are put forward.
