随着我国社会经济文化的发展,女性的地位在大众心中发生了巨大转变,职业女性已然成为促进我国社会经济发展的重要力量。但由于受中国传统观念、职业女性自身和外部环境等因素的影响,职业女性参与继续教育仍然存在诸多障碍。立足新时代的宏观背景,对职业女性参与继续教育的重要意义进行深入解析,并从职业女性的职业角色特点、传统观念影响、自身学习能力和外部环境支持等方面全面阐述影响其接受继续教育的障碍因素,提出增强角色适应力、树立现代职业女性观、提升学习能力和提供学习支持等有针对性的调控策略。

With the development of China’s social economy and culture,the status and role of women have undergone tremendous changes in the hearts of the public,and professional women have become an important force in promoting the development of our country’s social and economic.However,due to the influence of Chinese traditional concepts,professional women’s own factors and external environment,there are still many obstacles for professional women to participate in continuing education.Based on the macroscopic background of the new era,this paper deeply analyzes the importance for professional women to participate in continuing education,and also comprehensively expounds the obstacles,such as the role characteristics of professional women,the influence of traditional concepts,the learning ability of their own and the support of external environmental.Finally,it is significant to put forward targeted regulation strategies like enhancing role adaptability,establishing a modern view of professional women,enhancing their learning ability and providing learning support.
