产教融合促进农村“空心化”治理的价值意蕴、运行机制和路径——基于教育生态学视角

The Value Implication,Operation Mechanism and Path of“hollowing out”Governance in Rural Areas Promoted by the Integration of Production and Education——Based on the Perspective of Educational Ecology

实现乡村振兴,建设新型农村对农村“空心化”治理提出紧迫要求。从教育生态学角度出发分析,产教融合能破解“花盆效应”,促进物质流再生化,培育新型农民,促进文化共育。因此,通过主体利益协同机制、资源健康流转机制、政策环境保障机制和价值再生增值机制提供保障,从找准农村成人教育生态位、注重经济产业化、维持主体共生与竞争、实现规范环境的动态平衡和提升技术再生力等方面提升农村成人教育产教融合的科学性和合理性,提出农村“空心化”治理的新路径,对助力乡村振兴具有重要意义。

To realize rural revitalization and build new rural areas,it is urgent to put forward the requirements for rural“hollowing out”governance.From the perspective of educational ecology,the integration of production and education can break the“flowerpot effect”,promote the material flow to be reborn,cultivate new farmers and facilitate cultural co-education.Therefore,it is of necessity to guarantee rural adult education through the main interests coordination mechanism,resource health circulation mechanism,policy environment guarantee mechanism and value regeneration and value-added mechanism.To improve the scientificity and rationality of the integration of rural adult education,this paper puts forwards the new path of rural“hollowing”governance to boost the rural revitalization from finding the ecological niche of rural adult education,paying attention to economic industrialization,maintaining the symbiosis and competition of the main body,realizing the dynamic balance of the standardized environment and enhancing the ability of technology regeneration.
