摘要
将磷酸酯淀粉与PVA通过溶液共混的方法来制备共混膜,讨论了磷酸酯化的改性程度、增塑剂丙三醇和交联剂戊二醛的用量对共混膜力学性能和透光率的影响。结果表明,当磷酸酯淀粉取代度提高时,断裂伸长率和透光率增大,断裂强度先增加后降低;共混膜的断裂伸长率随丙三醇含量的增加而显著增加,而断裂强度和透光率呈现先增加后减少的趋势。当交联剂戊二醛的质量分数为4.5%时,共混膜的断裂伸长率,断裂强度和透光率达到了最大值。
Mono-phosphorylated cornstarch was prepared and then mixed with polyvinyl alcohol to prepare blended films by solvent casting methods.This paper discusses different levels of property modification for starch mono-phosphorylation,the effect of different dosage of plasticizer glycerol and crosslinking agent glutaraldehyde on mechanical properties and transmittance of blend films.The experiment results indicate that the elongation at break and transmittance of blend films increased gradually with an increase of the degree of substitution of starch mono-phosphorylation,while their breaking strength increase initially and then decreases.The elongation at break increased with the increase of glycerol content,but their breaking strength and transmittance increased at first and then tended to decrease.Moreover,the blend films exhibit maximum elongation at break,breaking strength and transmittance when the mass ratio of crosslinking agent glutaraldehyde is 4.5%.
