摘要
水泵广泛用于矿山、冶炼、化工等各行业,能耗占比较大,水泵节能是企业节能管理的一个重要环节,一次投入多年受益。水泵系统运行效率,是衡量水泵节能性能的关键性指标。本文以某球团厂水泵节能改造实例,介绍通过水泵系统水功率计算、电机功率计算等途径,论证水泵运行效率及节能改造一般方法,并在节能改造前后通过挂表测定运行平均功率,精准计量,确定水泵改造节能效果,涉及水泵节能改造过程所做的一些工作,在水泵节能领域有一定的借鉴意义。
Water pumps are widely used in mining,smelting,chemical industry and other industries.Owing to its large energy consumption,energy saving is an important part in energy saving management of enterprises,and the benefits of one single investment last for years.The operation efficiency of water pump system is the key index in measuring the energy-saving performance.This paper takes energy saving transformation of water pump in a pelletizing plant as a case in point,it introduces the way of water power calculation and motor power calculation of water pump system in order to demonstrate the operation efficiency and usual ways of energy saving transformation.Moreover,before and after the energy-saving transformation,it uses the electricity meter to measure the average power in order to conduct a precise measurement and determine the energy saving effect of water pump transformation.This paper offers reference in the field of water pump energy saving.
