摘要
家禽在生长过程中因营养、环境、疾病等因素会受到不同程度的氧化应激损伤,植物提取物含有活性成分,如酚类化合物等,可以阻止自由基引发的氧化损伤。本文阐述了家禽氧化应激的研究方法、防御氧化应激的作用机制及植物提取物的应用。
Oxidative stress damage of poultry is often occurred during growth which is affected by nutrition,environment,disease and other factors.Plant extracts contain active ingredients such as phenolic compounds,which can prevent oxidative damage from free radical⁃induced.This review focuses on the research methods of oxidative stress and the mechanism of antioxidant defense of plant extracts in poultry.Moreover,antioxidation application of plant extracts is elucidated.
