非常规饲料替代苜蓿干草的研究进展及可行性分析

Research Progress and Feasibility Analysis of Replacing Alfalfa Hay with Unconventional Feeds

我国粗饲料的供求关系紧张,苜蓿干草等优质粗饲料缺乏一直是畜牧业高效生产所面临的瓶颈问题。国内自产苜蓿干草在产量和质量上尚无法完全满足畜牧业的发展需求,大量进口苜蓿干草使得我国畜牧业的饲养成本居高不下,在国际市场缺乏竞争力。针对以上问题,本文综述了多种非常规饲料替代苜蓿干草应用于反刍动物生产的效果,并对其替代方法和可行性进行分析,为科学利用非常规饲料,降低饲粮配方中苜蓿干草的使用量从而降低饲养成本,提高我国畜牧业国际竞争力提供理论参考和指导意义。

The supply and demand of roughage in China is tight.The lack of high⁃quality roughage such as al⁃falfa has always been a bottleneck for efficient animal husbandry.The yield and quality of the domestic alfalfa hay has not been able to fully meet the development needs of the animal husbandry.The large amount of impor⁃ted alfalfa hay leaded to high feeding cost of China’s animal husbandry,resulting in the lack of competitive⁃ness of China’s dairy industry in the international market.To cure the above problems,this article reviewed the effects of various unconventional feeds replacing alfalfa hay on ruminant production,and analyzed their alterna⁃tive methods and feasibility,and to provide theoretical reference and guiding significance for scientifically using unconventional feeds to reduce the use of alfalfa hay in diet formulations and thus reduce feeding cost and im⁃proving the international competitiveness of China’s animal husbandry。
