肉仔鸡低蛋白质饲粮的研究进展

Advances on Study of Low Protein Diets in Broilers

肉仔鸡是饲料转化率高的养殖动物,需要高能高蛋白质饲粮。蛋白质饲料资源短缺是长期制约我国畜牧业健康发展的重要瓶颈。随着理想蛋白质可消化氨基酸模式的完善和净能体系的出现,低蛋白质饲粮可在提高饲粮蛋白质利用率及降低氮排放量的基础上,改善肉仔鸡的生产性能、产品品质和机体健康。为响应“畜牧业减排”的国家战略,本文拟对低蛋白质饲粮在肉仔鸡上的研究现状及存在的问题进行综述,以期为进一步研究和应用提供借鉴。

Broilers are breeding animals characterized by high feed conversion rate and relying on high-energy and high-protein diets.The shortage of protein feed resources is an important bottleneck that permanently limited the healthy development of China’s animal husbandry.With the improvement of ideal protein digestible amino acid model and the emergence of net energy system,the growth performance,product quality and body health of broilers can be improved on the basis of increasing dietary protein utilization and reducing nitrogen excretion by applying low protein diets technology.In response to the national strategy of“emission reduction in animal husbandry”,the research status and existing problems of low protein diets for broilers were reviewed to provide reference for future research and application in this paper.
