布拉迪酵母壁多糖对早期断奶羔羊腹泻及肠道黏膜免疫的影响 被引量:6

Effects of Saccharomyces boulardii Cell Wall Polysaccharides on Diarrhea and Intestinal Mucosal Immunity of Early-Weaned Lambs

摘要 本研究旨在探讨饲粮中添加布拉迪酵母壁多糖对早期断奶羔羊粪样指数、腹泻频率及肠道黏膜免疫的影响。采用单因素试验设计,选取60只15~17日龄的健康羔羊,按同质原则分为5组,每组3个重复,每个重复4只羔羊。5组试验羔羊分别饲喂代乳料(Ⅰ组)、代乳料+0.005%庆大霉素(Ⅱ组)、代乳料+0.1%布拉迪酵母壁多糖(Ⅲ组)、代乳料+0.3%布拉迪酵母壁多糖(Ⅳ组)、代乳料+0.5%布拉迪酵母壁多糖(Ⅴ组)。试验期共44 d,其中过渡期8 d,预试期7 d,正试期29 d。结果显示:1)Ⅳ组和Ⅴ组的粪样指数和腹泻频率较Ⅰ组分别显著降低了20.73%、15.85%和31.34%、23.75%(P<0.05)。2)Ⅳ组和Ⅴ组结肠黏膜中分泌型免疫球蛋白A(sIgA)含量较Ⅰ组分别显著提高了14.49%和17.77%(P<0.05);Ⅲ组结肠黏膜中免疫球蛋白A(IgA)含量较Ⅰ组显著提高了5.81%(P<0.05);Ⅳ组和Ⅴ组结肠黏膜中白细胞介素-1(IL-1)含量较Ⅰ组分别显著降低了7.93%和10.58%(P<0.05);Ⅳ组结肠黏膜中白细胞介素-10(IL-10)含量较Ⅰ组显著提高8.05%(P<0.05);此外,Ⅳ组和Ⅴ组结肠黏膜中免疫球蛋白G(IgG)含量有所降低且肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、γ-干扰素(IFN-γ)含量有所提高,但与Ⅰ组的差异未达显著水平(P>0.05)。由此可见,代乳料中添加0.3%~0.5%的布拉迪酵母壁多糖能在一定程度上降低早期断奶羔羊的腹泻频率,提高其肠道黏膜免疫水平。 This experiment was conducted to determine the effects of Saccharomyces boulardii cell wall polysaccharides on diarrhea and intestinal mucosal immunity of early-weaned lambs.A single factor random experiment design was used and 60 lambs with similar health condition,parity and body weight which weaned at 15 to 17 days of age were randomly allotted to 5 groups with 3 replicates in each group and 4 lambs in each replicate.Lambs in the 4 groups were fed milk replacer(groupⅠ),milk replacer+0.005%gentamicin(groupⅡ),milk replacer+0.1%Saccharomyces boulardii cell wall polysaccharide(groupⅢ),milk replacer+0.3%Saccharomyces boulardii cell wall polysaccharide(groupⅣ)and milk replacer+0.5%Saccharomyces boulardii cell wall polysaccharide(groupⅤ),respectively.The experiment lasted for 44 days,including transition period,preliminary period and test period,and they were designed to 8,7 and 29 days,respectively.The results showed as follows:1)the fecal index of groupsⅣandⅤwas significantly lower than that of groupⅠby 20.73%and 15.85%(P<0.05),respectively;the diarrhea rate of groupsⅣandⅤwas significantly lower than that of groupⅠby 31.34%and 23.75%(P<0.05).2)The secreted immunoglobulin A(sIgA)content in colonic mucosa of groupsⅣandⅤwas significantly higher than that of groupⅠby 14.49%and 17.77%(P<0.05),respectively;the immunoglobulin A(IgA)content in colonic mucosa of groupⅢwas significantly higher than that of group I by 5.81%(P<0.05);the interleukin-1(IL-1)content in colonic mucosa of groupsⅣandⅤwas significantly lower than that of group I by 7.93%and 10.58%(P<0.05),respectively;the interleukin-10(IL-10)content in colonic mucosa of groupⅣwas significantly higher than that of groupⅠby 8.05%(P<0.05).Moreover,the immunoglobulin G(IgG)content increased and the tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and interferon-γ(IFN-γ)decreased in colonic mucosa of groupsⅣandⅤcompared with groupⅠ,but the differences were not significant(P>0.05).The above results indicate that adding 0.3%to 0.5%Saccharomyces boulardii cell wall polysaccharide in the milk replacer can decrease the diarrhea rate of early-weaned lambs in a certain degree,and enhance the intestinal mucosal immune level.
