氨基酸锌对滩湖杂羊生长性能、血清激素、免疫及抗氧化指标的影响 被引量:8

Effects of Amino Acid Zinc on Growth Performance,Serum Hormone,Immune and Antioxidant Indexes of Tan×Hu Sheep

摘要 本试验旨在研究氨基酸锌对滩湖杂羊生长性能、血清激素、免疫及抗氧化指标的影响。选择年龄相近、体重29 kg左右、健康的滩湖杂公羊48只,随机分为4组,每组12只。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,锌含量为52.80 mg/kg(硫酸锌),试验1组、试验2组、试验3组饲喂试验饲粮,用氨基酸锌替代基础饲粮中的硫酸锌,锌含量分别为26.40、52.80、79.20 mg/kg。预试期7 d,正试期60 d。结果表明:1)饲粮添加氨基酸锌提高了滩湖杂羊平均日增重,以试验2组平均日增重最高,显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。2)饲粮添加氨基酸锌提高了滩湖杂羊机体免疫力,血清免疫球蛋白(Ig)A、IgG、IgM含量在试验第50、60天时随着饲粮氨基酸锌含量增加而升高,但随着试验时间延长均呈现先降低后升高的趋势。3)血清胰岛素(INS)含量在试验第40天时以试验2组最低,第50天时试验组极显著低于对照组(P<0.01);血清胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)含量在试验第40、50天时随着饲粮氨基酸锌含量增加呈升高趋势,第60天时以试验2组含量最高,极显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。饲粮添加氨基酸锌显著或极显著提高了试验第50、60天滩湖杂羊血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性(P<0.01),极显著降低了血清丙二醛(MDA)含量(P<0.01),抗氧化指标均随着试验时间延长呈先降低后升高的趋势。4)血液锌含量随着饲粮氨基酸锌含量增加呈先升高后降低的趋势。综合考虑,氨基酸锌生物利用率高于硫酸锌,滩湖杂羊饲粮添加氨基酸锌(锌含量52.80 mg/kg)50 d以上可提高其平均日增重、血清IGF-1含量、机体免疫及抗氧化功能,促进生长。 This study was conducted to investigate the effects of amino acid zinc on growth performance,serum hormone,immunity and antioxidant indexes of Tan×Hu sheep.Forty-eight ram Tan×Hu sheep,which had a good condition and 29 kg weight with similar age,were randomly divided into 4 groups,and 12 sheep in each group.Zinc content was 52.80 mg/kg(zinc sulfate)in control group,and were 26.40,52.80 and 79.20 mg/kg(amino acid zinc replaced zinc sulfate)in trial groups 1,2 and 3,respectively.Pretrial period was 7 days,and trial period was 60 days.The results showed as follows:1)the average daily gain of the Tan×Hu sheep increased by adding the amino acid zinc to the diet,trial group 2 had the highest average daily gain,and was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).2)Adding the amino acid zinc to the diet increased the immunity of Tan×Hu sheep,the contents of immunoglobulin(Ig)A,IgG and IgM in serum showed an increasing trend with the increase of amino acid zinc content in the diet at days 50 and 60 of test,but decreased first and then increased with the increase of the test time.3)The content of insulin(INS)in serum was the lowest in trial group 2 at day 40 of test,and was significantly lower than that in the control group at day 50 of test(P<0.01);the content of insulin like growth factor-1(IGF-1)in serum increased with the increase of amino acid zinc content in the diet at days 40 and 50 of test,the trial group 2 had the highest content at day 60,and was significantly higher than control group(P<0.01).The activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD),glutathion peroxidase(GSH-Px)and catalase(CAT)in serum significantly increased by adding amino acid zinc at days 50 and 60 of test(P<0.01),and the content of malonaldehyde(MDA)in serum significantly decreased(P<0.01).The antioxidant indexes decreased first and then increased with the increase of the test time.4)The blood zinc content increased first and then decreased with the increase of amino acid zinc content.It is concluded that the bioavailability of amino acid zinc is higher than that of sulfate zinc,and the addition of amino acid zinc(zinc content 52.80 mg/kg)for more than 50 days can increase daily gain,serum IGF-1 content,body immunity and antioxidant function,and promote growth of Tan×Hu sheep.
