能源转型中的中国特色新能源高质量发展分析与思考

Analysis and Reflection on High-quality Development of New Energy With Chinese Characteristics in Energy Transition

随着能源转型战略深入推进和新能源逐步进入平价时代,迫切需要结合新能源自身发展特点和外部形势变化,分析能源转型背景下我国新能源高质量发展的基本原则和关键问题。该文总结了我国新能源发展现状和形势,分析了能源转型背景下新能源发展面临的挑战;分析了国外促进高比例新能源接入的措施及其对我国的可借鉴之处。在此基础上,进一步明确了我国新能源高质量发展应当遵循的基本原则,分析了适应我国能源转型的新能源高质量发展关键问题,并构建了新能源高质量发展评价指标体系。

With the continuous deepening of the energy transition strategy and the coming new energy grid-parity,both the development characteristics of new energy and the external situation have changed.Thus,there is an urgent need to analyze the basic principles and key issues of high-quality development of new energy in energy transition.This paper summarized the state and trend of new energy development in China,and analyzed the challenges of new energy development in energy transition and measures to promote high proportion of new energy in foreign countries.On this basis,it further clarified the basic principles which high-quality development of new energy should follow,and analyzed several key issues of high-quality development of new energy,and then proposed the evaluation indexes for high-quality development of new energy.
