摘要
梨富含水、糖分、维生素、微量矿物质等多种营养物质,口感水润,且具有润肺、降燥、祛火等功效,是一种上好的药食兼用水果,备受人们青睐。但由于梨果水分含量较高,采后易腐烂、不易储藏,因此梨贮藏保鲜是梨产业的研究热点之一。鉴于此,本文系统整理了梨采收前准备、采收、采收后处理、贮藏等方面的技术要点,并详细介绍了窖藏、通风库贮藏、低温冷藏和气调贮藏等梨的贮藏保鲜技术,以期为梨保鲜技术的改进提供参考。
Pear is rich in water,sugar,vitamins,trace minerals and other nutrients.It has a moist taste and has the effects of moisturizing the lungs,reducing dryness,and dispelling fire.It is a good medicine and food that very popular with people.However,due to the high moisture content of pears,which are easy to spoil and difficult to store,therefore,pear storage is a hot spot in pear industry.In view of this,this paper systematically sorted out the technical points of pre harvest preparation,harvest,post harvest treatment and storage of pears,and introduced in detail the storage and preservation technologies of pears,such as cellar storage,ventilation storage,low temperature cold storage and controlled atmosphere storage,in order to provide reference for the improvement of pear preservation technology.
