葡萄干水分测量不确定度的评定

摘要 本文建立了直接干燥法测定葡萄干水分不确定度的评定方法。通过分析不确定度的主要来源,建立数学模型,确定合成不确定度和扩展不确定度,得到该检测方法的测量不确定度。研究表明,直接干燥法测定葡萄干水分不确定度评定中,由恒质量引入的不确定度较大。通过统计分析得出,直接干燥法测定葡萄干水分的测量扩展不确定度为0.0520%。本文可为评定葡萄干水分测量不确定度提供参考依据。 In this paper,an evaluation method of uncertainty was established to evaluate the determination of water content in raisins by direct drying method.By analyzing the main sources of uncertainty,a mathematical model was established to determine the combined uncertainty and expanded uncertainty,and the measurement uncertainty of the detection method was obtained.The results showed that the uncertainty introduced by constant weight was large in the uncertainty evaluation method.Through statistical analysis,the expanded uncertainty of direct drying method for determination of raisin moisture was 0.0520%.This paper can provide a reference for evaluating the uncertainty of measurement of raisin moisture.
