摘要 无公害香菇味道鲜美,且含有丰富的蛋白质、微量元素、维生素以及多种功能因子,被世界公认为“健康食品”。因此发展潜力大,市场前景好。本文从无公害香菇的生长环境入手,对其栽培技术展开了细致深入地分析,从香菇栽前准备、出菇管理和病虫害防治几个方面提出了相应的对策建议,以期为无公害香菇种植经济效益的提升提供参考。 Pollution-free Lentinus edodes taste delicious,and rich in protein,trace elements,vitamins and a variety of functional factors,is recognized as"health food"in the world.The development potential of pollution-free Lentinus edodes is great and the market prospect is good.In this paper,starting from the growth environment of pollution-free Lentinus edodes,the cultivation techniques were analyzed in detail,and the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were put forward from the aspects of preparation before cultivation,mushroom management and pest control,in order to promote the economic benefits of pollution-free Lentinus edodes cultivation.
