摘要
在界定心理退休概念的基础上,明确退休对主观幸福感的理论效应,以身份为视角分析退休对主观幸福感的冲击。基于分段回归研究发现,女性的心理退休年龄晚于男性。采用三种序数logistic模型和工具变量法分析得出,生命历程效应和资源效应可以解释退休对主观幸福感的正向冲击。作为身份标签的农转非、医疗保险、体制内外、政治面貌、单位性质、行业、职务与职业,会对退休主观幸福感产生影响。因此建议,努力消除退休时的身份差异,构建延迟加弹性的退休制度。
Based on the definition of psychological retirement,this paper discussed the theoretical effect of retirement on subjective well-being and analyzed the shock of retirement from the perspective of personal identities.Segmental regression research told us that,the psychological retirement age of women was later than that of men.Then we applied three types of ordinal logistic models and instrumental variable method to make a further exploration,and found that,life course effect and resource effect could explain the positive impact of retirement on subjective well-being.The subjective well-being of retirement was affected by several identity labels,including rural to non-agricultural,medical insurance,inside and outside the system,political outlook,institution nature;profession,status and occupation.Therefore,it was proposed to eliminate the differences of the identities of retirees and to construct the retirement system with delay and flexibility at the same time.
