高抗冲高透明丙丁无规共聚聚丙烯PPR-MT20-S的开发 被引量:6

摘要 在单环管聚丙烯工艺装置上成功生产了丙丁无规共聚聚丙烯PPR-MT20-S,并研究了其性能。结果表明:PPR-MT20-S在雾度、光泽度、硬度方面均有较大优势,雾度稳定控制在12%以内,弯曲模量在1200 MPa以上,而且不含塑化剂、析出物少、紫外吸光度低,性能优于同类产品,更适用于食品、医疗等领域,较其他透明树脂拥有更广阔的市场前景。 Propylene-butene random copolymerized polypropylene PPR-MT20-S was produced successfully in single loop polypropylene plant,whose properties was characterized as well.The results show that the products perform excellently in haze,glossiness and hardness,whose haze is controlled within 10%and bending modulus is larger than 1200 MPa.The product is free of plasticizer,few soluble substance and low ultraviolet absorbance,whose properties are better than those of other similar products,therefore it is more suitable for food and medical appliance and has a wider market prospect than other transparent resins.
