摘要
通过溶剂抽提和挥发物组成分析,研究了淤浆法高密度聚乙烯气味来源,分析了淤浆聚合工艺对产品气味的影响,并采用二次脱气对淤浆法高密度聚乙烯气味进行了改进。结果表明:淤浆法高密度聚乙烯的气味来源主要是正己烷、正辛烷、正癸烷等烷烃挥发物;用氮气和蒸汽处理离心机干燥后的粉料能有效降低挥发物含量,从而降低产品气味。
The source of odor of slurry high density polyethylene(HDPE)was explored by solvent extraction and volatile composition analysis.The influence of slurry polymerization process on product odor was discussed.The odor of slurry HDPE was improved by secondary degassing.The results show that the odor caused by slurry HDPE are volatiles including hexane,octane,and decane.The volatile in HDPE powder can be removed by centrifugal and drying with nitrogen and steam to eliminate the odor of product.
