摘要 开发了汽车膨胀壶专用聚丙烯PPH2801,采用差示扫描量热仪、凝胶渗透色谱仪、烘箱热老化实验等研究了PPH2801的性能,并与进口同类产品进行了对比。结果表明:PPH2801的拉伸屈服应力达34.6 MPa,负荷变形温度达91℃,雾度为40.6%,悬臂梁缺口冲击强度为11 kJ/m^2,氧化诱导时间达139.7 min,均优于进口同类产品,拉伸蠕变性能与进口同类产品相当,满足膨胀壶对原料的要求。 Polypropylene PPH2801 was developed for automotive expansion pots,whose properties were observed by differential scanning calorimeter,gel permeation chromatograph and oven thermal aging test and compared with those of similar imported products.The results show that the tensile yield stress of PPH2801 reaches 34.6 MPa,the thermal deformation temperature reaches 91℃,the haze is 40.6%,the Notched impact strength is 11 kJ/m^2,and the oxidation induction time is 139.7 min,which are all superior to those of similar imported products.The tensile creep properties of PPH2801 are similar to that of imported similar product,meeting the requirements of the expansion pot.
