自噬在脊髓损伤中的作用及研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 脊髓损伤后会发生自噬现象,自噬水平的提高对维持神经元功能发挥着重要作用,但是如果自噬过度激活,则可能会造成神经元自噬性死亡。目前,脊髓损伤后自噬发生的程度以及自噬对神经元的调节机制报道较少,因而本文就当前研究新进展加以综述。
