摘要
目的:调查北京市健康女大学生体力活动水平,并测试其骨密度和身体成分,分析体力活动水平与骨密度、身体成分的相关性。方法:选取北京市19~25岁健康女大学生为研究对象,按年龄分为6个组,每一岁为一个年龄组。采用RT3加速计测试受试者的体力活动水平。采用双能X线骨密度仪测试受试者骨密度和身体成分。采用控制年龄的偏相关分析体力活动水平与骨密度、身体成分的相关性。结果:各年龄组女大学生中高强度体力活动时间无显著差异,78.9%的女大学生体力活动水平基本达标;高强度体力活动时间与左股骨颈骨密度呈显著正相关;中等强度体力活动时间和中高强度体力活动时间与体重、BMI、腰围、臀围以及腰臀比均呈显著正相关。结论:北京市女大学生体力活动水平基本达标;高等强度体力活动是骨密度的影响因素因素之一;BMI、腰臀比或是影响女大学生体力活动水平的因素之一。
Objective:Through measuring the physical activity level,bone density and body composition of healthy female college students in Beijing,we analyzed the relationship between physical activity level and bone density and body composition.Methods:Healthy female college students aged 19 to 25 in Beijing were recruited,which were divided into 6 groups according to age and each year is an age group.The RT3 accelerometer was used to test the physical activity.A dual-energy X-ray bone densitometer was used to measure the bone mineral density and body composition.The correlation between physical activity level and bone density and body composition was analyzed using a partial correlation for controlling age.Results:There was no significant difference in highintensity physical activity time among age group.78.9%of female college students have reached recommended level of physical activity.High intensity physical activity time was significantly positively correlated with bone mineral density in left femoral neck.Moderate intensity physical activity time and moderate-high intensity physical activity time were significantly positively correlated with BMI,waist circumference,hip circumference and waist-to-hip ratio.Conclusion:Most of female college students have reached recommended level of physical activity by WHO.High-intensity physical activity is one of the factors that affect bone density.Physical activity of female college students could be affect by weight,BMI and waist-hip ratio.
