“互联网+”背景下高师院校体育教育专业(学前方向)人才培养模式研究

摘要 “互联网+”背景下的专业人才培养模式研究,是高校教学提升质量的有效途径之一。本文运用文献资料、专家访谈法对高师院校体育教育专业(学前方向)的人才培养模式现状、制约因素等方面进行研讨,提出了对高师院校专业人才培养需加强校—园结合、构建教学需求的教学基地、加强课堂的线上线下交流、明确学生职业定位且加强探究性合作学习等具体方案,旨在为高校高质量的人才培养提供理论与实践参考基础。 The research on the training mode of professional talents under the background of"Internet+"is one of the effective ways to improve the quality of university teaching.This article uses literature and expert interviews to discuss the current situation and restrictive factors of the talent training model of physical education majors(Pre-school direction)in normal universities,and proposes that the training of professional talents in normal universities needs to strengthen the combination of schools and kindergartens and construct teaching specific programs such as teaching bases in demand,strengthening online and offline communication in classrooms,clarifying student career positioning,and strengthening inquiry cooperative learning are designed to provide theoretical and practical references for high-quality talent training in universities.
