高校体育舞蹈课程教学改革探索与思考

Exploration and Reflection on the Teaching Reform of Sports Dance Course in Colleges and Universities

体育舞蹈课程具有一定的竞技美、形体美和动作美,在高校教育阶段较受学生的欢迎,但是目前在高校体育舞蹈教学过程中还存在一些问题,难以最大化地体现体育舞蹈教学的真正价值,导致很多学生并没有通过学习课程达到陶冶情操、提升综合能力的学习效果。所以为了有效凸显体育舞蹈教学的实效性、高效性和重要性,需要教师能够针对教学问题进行分析,结合体育舞蹈课程特点、教育目标等方面对教学过程进行合理改革与优化,不断提高体育舞蹈课程的教学质量。本文就体育舞蹈课程教学方面作出分析,提出相关建议,以供参考。

Sports dance course has some competitive beauty,physical beauty and action beauty,which is more popular with students in the college education stage.However,there are still some problems in the process of sports dance teaching in the college education stage,which is difficult to maximize the real value of sports dance teaching,resulting in many students'failure to cultivate their sentiment and improve their comprehensive ability through learning the course effect.Therefore,in order to effectively highlight the effectiveness,efficiency and importance of sports dance teaching,teachers need to be able to analyze the teaching problems,combine the characteristics of sports dance courses,educational objectives and other aspects of the teaching process to carry out reasonable reform and optimization,and constantly improve the teaching quality of Sports Dance Courses.This paper makes an analysis on the teaching of sports dance course and puts forward relevant suggestions for reference.
