摘要
目的:探讨对接受血液透析的尿毒症患者进行优质护理的效果及对其负面情绪的影响。方法:将2018年1月至2019年1月期间在四川省自贡市第三人民医院进行血液透析的84例尿毒症患者作为研究对象。将这84例患者随机分为Routine组(n=42)和Excellent组(n=42)。对两组患者均进行常规护理,在此基础上,对Excellent组患者进行优质护理。然后,对比两组患者焦虑自评量表(SAS)的评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)的评分及对护理服务的满意度。结果:接受护理后,与Routine组患者相比,Excellent组患者SAS及SDS的评分均更低,其对护理服务的总满意率更高,P<0.05。结论:对进行血液透析的尿毒症患者进行优质护理的效果显著,可有效地改善其负面情绪,提高其对护理服务的满意度。
Objective:To explore the effect of quality care for uremia patients receiving hemodialysis and its influence on their negative emotions.Methods:Eightyfour patients with uremia who underwent hemodialysis at the Third People’s Hospital of Zigong city,Sichuan Province from January 2018 to January 2019 were studied.The 84 patients were randomly divided into the Routine group(n=42)and the Excellent group(n=42).Routine care was given to both groups of patients.On this basis,high-quality care was given to patients in the Excellent group.Then,the scores of anxiety self-rating scale(SAS),depression self-rating scale(SDS)and nursing service satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:After receiving care,compared with Routine group,patients in the Excellent group had lower SAS and SDS scores and higher overall satisfaction rate of nursing services(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of high quality nursing for uremia patients undergoing hemodialysis is significant,which can effectively improve their negative emotions and improve their satisfaction with nursing services.
