数值模拟在泥沙冲刷混流式水轮机分析过程中的应用

摘要 混流式水轮机是电厂将水轮转换为机械能的重要设备,我国三峡大坝采用的主要就是混流式水轮发电机。但混流式水轮机在实际应用过程中经常受到泥沙的冲刷和空蚀作用的影响,合理的机械结构设计对于增加水轮机的机械稳定性、提升其抵抗泥沙冲刷危害的能力具有很大的意义。主要介绍如何使用数值模拟来对泥沙冲刷水轮机的整个过程进行分析研究,同时结合相关实验对混流式水轮机的设计提供参考意见。 Francis turbine is an important equipment for power plant to convert water turbine into mechanical energy.Francis turbine is mainly used in the Three Gorges Dam in China.However,in the practical application of Francis turbine,it is often affected by sediment erosion and cavitation.Reasonable mechanical structure design is of great significance to increase the mechanical stability of the turbine and enhance its ability to resist sediment erosion.Therefore,this paper mainly introduces how to use numerical simulation to analyze and study the whole process of sediment scour turbine,and provides reference for the design of Francis turbine combined with relevant experiments.
