摘要 从满足带水平输送段废钢预热电炉生产要求出发,提出了废钢供应能力主要参数及其确定方法,并给出冶炼周期42min的140t电炉废钢供应能力的计算过程及结果,同时给出了不同吨位带废钢水平输送段电炉的电磁盘起重机配置数量和是否设置履带机等废钢上料设备的建议。 Scrap supply main parameters and their design method is proposed for meeting production requirements of a scrap-preheated EAF with a horizontal transport section.Calculations and results are exemplified for a 140-t EAF’s scrap supply capacity with a tap-to-tap cycle time of 42 minutes.Recommendations are rendered for the magnetic-disc crane configuration for EAFs of different tonnages and equipped with horizontal transport.The necessity for installing a caterpillar conveyor for scrap charging is also advised.
